Hospice Care:
Hospice care focuses on the physical, spiritual,
and emotional needs of the terminally ill and their loved ones,
providing care in the patients own home or a home-like setting.
Hospice care provides dignity and quality of life, and does not
require the patient to be home bound as in some other programs.
Pain management, symptom control, and grief and loss counseling
are also an important aspect of hospice care
